NovuSpark

About NovuSpark

Built by the people who built the technology.

NovuSpark's instructors are ex-AWS and ex-Microsoft engineers and architects — the same people who scaled cloud platforms and shipped AI products, now teaching your team to do the same. AI is the newest chapter we teach, not the whole story — cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity get the same practitioner-led depth.

Ex-AWS · Ex-Microsoft · 10,000+ training hours delivered

Our story

Technology training should make people better at their jobs. Most of it doesn't.

We started NovuSpark because most technology training optimizes for attendance, not outcomes. Same slides for every audience. Same lecture regardless of skill level. Certificates that don't change what Monday looks like.

Our instructors are ex-AWS and ex-Microsoft — engineers and architects who built the cloud and AI systems they now teach. That's the model: practitioners, not presenters, designing every session around what your team needs to do differently, not what's easiest to standardize.

It's why corporate L&D teams trust us to roll out AI awareness at scale, why technology leaders bring us in to scope responsible adoption, and why training partners place our instructors into programs across EMEA, the US, and the Middle East.

How we work

A few principles guide every program we design.

Workflow-first, not lecture-first

Every program is built around what your team actually does day to day, not a generic curriculum.

Practitioners, not presenters

Our trainers are former AWS and Microsoft engineers and architects — they've done the work, not just studied it.

Adoption over awareness

The goal isn't a certificate of attendance. It's teams that keep using what they learned after we leave.
